Das W\u00e4rmed\u00e4mm-Verbundsystem ist die effizienteste Art Geb\u00e4ude vor unn\u00f6tigem Verlust von W\u00e4rme aus den Innenr\u00e4umen zu sch\u00fctzen. Mit dem W\u00e4rmed\u00e4mm-Verbundsystem lassen sich bis zu 60% Heizkosten einsparen. Damit ist diese Art der W\u00e4rme-D\u00e4mmung ein gro\u00dfer Bestandteil in den Geb\u00e4udeklassifizierungen zur Zertifizierung nach den Richtlinien der Energieeinsparverordnung (EnEV) 2009, und meist auch erster Modernisierungsvorschlag.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n <\/section>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Energy Passes - Energy Consultancy (including calculations for KfW applications) Since January 4, 2006, building owners are required to provide tenants and prospective buyers with an energy pass when renting or selling buildings. The exact regulations are published in the Energy Saving Ordinance (EnEV) 2009.<\/p>

The energy pass enables building owners and housing companies to present the energy efficiency of their buildings on the market. Investments in the building envelope or heating system become visible to tenants before the conclusion of the lease agreement, increasing the attractiveness of the building.<\/p>

An energy pass compiles important information about the energy condition of a building. It focuses on assessing the quality of thermal insulation of windows, walls, and roofs, as well as evaluating the energy efficiency of the heating system. From this data, an energy performance indicator is determined, documenting the energy efficiency class of the building and allowing conclusions to be drawn about pollutant emissions from heating and hot water preparation. This enables different buildings to be classified energetically and compared with each other.
